Overall very good.

Insurance Sales Representative (Current Employee)
Bloomington, IL

I have been working at State Farm part-time for more than a year

ProsYou never have to choose between your ethics and your job. Benefits are excellent. Excellent job security.

ConsThe pay is not astounding. Management can be a bit conservative and it's giving them trouble in trying to adapt to market changes. Even though they recognize this, they are still making missteps in trying to adapt.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more clear to the lower level employees about future changes instead of sending out hyperactive buzzword filled videos.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
