State Farm Trainer in Dupont, WA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

The benefits can't be beat! This company still cares about the folks who work here. Also, when the economy gets tough, our business gets busier. I feel very certain that my job will continue to exist. Most employees are very professional and intelligent. All things considered, it's a great organization to work for.

Cons

State Farm is a very LARGE company. Hard to stay nimble and be flexible. The management style is still very conservative, but I think this has enabled us to stay strong and retain market share.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't be afraid to expore work place options that will enable the staff to live hapily and productively in both the workplace as well as at home. We are a customer service company. Happy staff means happy customers!

I'm considering employment at this location and this review was very helpful, every other location I saw had very negative comments, so i'm going to guess it just depends on your location.
