    Pros

Laid back atmosphere.... If goal oriented great place to spread your wings.

    Cons

Not enough pay for work load... Sometimes spend most days doing services work than selling
    Agents way or the highway

I have been working at State Farm part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

You never have to choose between your ethics and your job. Benefits are excellent. Excellent job security.

    Cons

The pay is not astounding. Management can be a bit conservative and it's giving them trouble in trying to adapt to market changes. Even though they recognize this, they are still making missteps in trying to adapt.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more clear to the lower level employees about future changes instead of sending out hyperactive buzzword filled videos.
