Pros

This is an excellent company. There are many opportuniites for acvancement, pay on good for area, and the managers are very respectful of everyone.

Cons

My only problem was not really with the company. I had to commute over an hour daily and when gas got to over $4 a gallon I just couldn't afford it anymore.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work
