State Farm – “Great Place to Work, Limited Growth”

Pros

Great people work for State Farm, they really want to see you succeed.
Great products offered and the service is unbeatable.

Cons

You need to know someone to get hired/promoted.
The training is substandard, baptism by fire.
Extremely conservative, but that is typical of the insurance industry.

Advice to Senior Management

I think State Farm needs to work on their training program and get NEW SOFTWARE! Necho is ancient, and ABS is ridiculously slow.
