Very hard to get any feedback about my work. Never received good word of encouragement for my hard work.

I worked at State Farm full-time for less than a year

    Pros

At this company I was an temporary employee. And I was not there very long to experience the advantages of working there.

    Cons

Now, when you refer back to my title of my review it states to or not to me, this is base on to be a friend or not to be a friend. Earlier when I first worked there I dress and present myself in a very professional manner but still out gong and social able. Now, they stated that if your personality does not fit in their work family then you can be cut. But, that is unfair because you have some people that past judgement just on appearance alone, with out really trying to figure that person out, and I feel as though that is not the proper way to run mutti- million company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

PLEASE CHANGE YOUR OUTLOOK ON THINGS AS FAR AS MAKING A UNITED COMPANY. WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING FRIENDS AND BEING LIKE-ABLE THAT IS NOT HOW A PLACE OF BUSINESS SHOULD BE RUN..
