Pros

Great place to start entry level job. Decent commission for an insurance job.. Great office location close to home. Very enjoyable co workers

Cons

Really hard place to get a job, but once your in it is a great business until you decide to go independent. Long hours. Not for everyone

Advice to Senior Management

Leadership needs to listen more to people and believe in their ability to sell. Allow more life work balance instead of extremely long hours
