    Pros

I worked there as an Intern after my freshman year of college and it was a good experience. It paid well and the people there were nice. It was rewording helping people who were victims of hail and tornados. Management recognized when the department was working hard and had lunch days and other moral boosting activities.

    Cons

Sitting down and being on the phone all day definitely got boring fast. A lot of it was repetitive, and the people on the phone were usually unhappy which is understandable.
