Pros

Good work/life balance. Each State Farm agent will offer different incentives. You choose the hours and days you want to work.

Cons

Most agents will want to 1099 you. This means that you are not covered under workers compensation, you don't get health benifits, and no paid time off.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Agents should all treat their employees the same. Consistency would be nice.
