State Farm – “sales representative”

state farm is a well know insurance company and one of the best, working there is a safe clean office enviroment, standard office hours 9-6

Cons

In the end its a sales job, the more you sell the more you make. The company wants to push life, bank, and health products which the company is not that competitive in, it does not matter if you sell the most auto policies in the state if you dont sell any of the three above you are no good.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to the agents and its team members, but overall good company to work for nothing extremely negative to say about company.
