Great team work. Got the flexibility to do what I am interested in.

Do not have enough full-time staff to help supervise and mentor student interns.

    Pros

    I had a good time working with the people I did, kept myself busy and the day would go by pretty quick.

    Cons

    Sometimes it was slow, and sometimes angry clients come in but it was okay.

    play different music every once in awhile

    Pros

    The company spared now expense in the retaining us as employees.
    Management was very supportive
    Salary and benefits were extremely competitive.

    Cons

    Management did not try and work through tough patches with employees.
    Training begin to dry up towards the latter part of employment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Set a level of consistency through working with employees development good and bad.
    Also allow employees to know more about opportunities for advancement.
