Pros

Great work environment, positive culture. I liked the benefits a lot and compensation was good considering the benefits. I felt like I am treated fairly with this company and overall it's a great place to work.

Cons

Corporate environment has it's drawbacks. Most systems types jobs are in Illinois and company is going through large restructure.

Room to further career- very helpful internal company

    Cons

benefits for most agents office are based on the actual agent. Also, if you are not selling or get fully licensed you won't see the money.

    Pros

Phenomenal place to work, Its an ideal company to work for. If you get the chance to work at corporate, you should jump at the chance, you will learn from the best. Process and Procedure are key to make "The Farm" work. Time off is industry leading, and benefits are quite generous. All around a great place to work.

    Cons

If necessary its a monster to slow down, once set on course, and almost impossible to turn around, things have to be followed through to conclusion. can be a con, but can be a pro as well.

    Advice to Management

    Continue doing what you do.
