    Pros

Company has fantastic facilities to work in. This is also a great company opportunities to progress in so many career fields.

    Cons

There seems to be some separation of contractor and internal employee work relationship. Overall it seemed like the 40% internal employee to 60% contractor ratio causes a some project implementation delays.

    Advice to Management

Please continue to keep up thr great work. Your company is a fantastic place to work.
