I have been working at State Farm full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Everyone was helpful and welcoming. State Farm's training program was good and helpful. Rewarding to work with the community clients and build a relationship with them.

Cons

Keep in mind that every agency is different. My agent was friendly and success driven...to a downfall as work/family life was not given enough balance.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Your in a small business setting, not a corporate vibe. Your boss makes the rules, not State Farm. Great brand.

    Cons

No room for growth, and I would NOT recommend someone to b/c a team member if they have no money, and are attempting to track to b/c an agent... You won't make enough money.

    Advice to Management

If your team members know you care, they will want to work hard for you. Make sure they understand "scoreboard" and how you get paid or at your discretion.
