Very competitive pay, after a few years
Competitive benefits, including extremely generous paid sick leave policy
Strong company culture
Management tries hard to be fair, good open door policy

Cons

The P&C industry is going through major changes, which may impact future employment
Lack of creativity from some staff to truly try new ideas, programs
Some managers are just hanging on until retirement which is a downer for those who have many years of employment ahead of them
Some first and mid-level managers just don't "get it"
