I worked at State Street Bank and Trust/SSGA as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Conducive environment for learning, encouraging team, strong focus on client value - something I really like.

Cons – Relatively lower pay compared to other too-big-to-fail banks.

Advice to Senior Management – Lower pay is encouraging staff to job hop, which is a pity because they like SSGA's culture. They just realize they'd get better pay if they leave.
