Fast paced, intense, good training ground

Quantitative Research Intern (Former Employee)

I worked at State Street Bank and Trust/SSGA as an intern for less than a year

ProsConducive environment for learning, encouraging team, strong focus on client value - something I really like.

ConsRelatively lower pay compared to other too-big-to-fail banks.

Advice to Senior ManagementLower pay is encouraging staff to job hop, which is a pity because they like SSGA's culture. They just realize they'd get better pay if they leave.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
