    Pros

Relatively easy to get in, difficult to get kicked out, great opportunity to learn useful - if slightly stale and uninspiring - trade.

    Cons

Tight deadlines, IT issues, average compensation. In general I can't say I have serious complaints - I guess it's similar elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Company seems to be doing well, and from my position I don't really feel like giving the leadership advice about their trade...
