    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    - great benifits - they want to hire from within and also promote

    Cons

    - employee moral is way down after many layoffs and re-org that has everyone working much harder - they say that they want to ensure work life balance at the top, but that doesn't trickle down to the VP or AVP level

    Advice to Management

Something little would go a long way. A work from home day or a lunch out would do wonders for employee moral.
