Former Employee – worked at State Street full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – There are many smart people working here who care about doing a good/great job.
Cons – Responsibilities of those who left or was laid off were been reassigned to remaining staff. More pressure to work/life balance. Generally little senior mgr and manager support when requested. Mgt only care about getting the job done.
Advice to Senior Management – Burning out staff. Need to revisit structure and not just bringing in your people from old company.
