I have been working at State Street full-time for less than a year

Pros- Great mentors available within company
- Flexible and friendly work enviornment

Cons- Low starting salary
- As with all big companies, bottleneck structure (advancement just as much up to timing as it is about performance)

Advice to Senior ManagementIncrease starting salary. Hard to live off initial income

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
