I have been working at State Street full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

fast paced, staff level rotational opportunities

Cons

staff level rotational opportunities are disruptive to front-line managers and do not allow staff to obtain a "full picture" of the department before the staff member moves on to the next opportunity

Advice to ManagementAdvice

employee feedback is great however too many programs and not enought follow through. The day is full and most are not able to take the time for skill and career training since they are short staffed and over worked.
