good benefits, real emphasis put on work-life balance, lots of networking opportunities, great company to work for if you start at the Officer level or higher

Cons

poor middle management, difficult to work your way up from entry level, difficult to move across business units,

Advice to Senior Management

the review process (PPR) is not effective and should be revised. There should be a way for employees to review their managers as well. I think this could really help the middle management problem at the company.
