Lots of Work for Little Pay

I have been working at State Street full-time for more than 5 years

ProsCan work from home when needed.

ConsExpected to work from home often off hours and for free. Company expects the world from its employees and pays much less than compettitors.Turnover is really high because no one is happy.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your employees better and pay a higher wage, if not keep watching turnover increase.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
