Pros

Work environment can be comforatble and easy to pick up work experience for new employees that currently find it difficult to find experience in the finance industry

Cons

Opportunities may be limited depending on your immediate manager as well as cost cutting measures currently under way

Advice to Management

Market value adjustment of salary needed to senior associates that have the experience and analytical ability to retain good employees, hiring process of entry level needs to be more stringent, however difficult due to lower pay.

    Pros

job is easy and if you know how to manage your time, you have time for lunch.
    good environment.
    useful benefits
    good name on your cv

    Cons

    Let me think.
    Low salary. ridicolous salary.
Unexperienced management. senior associates are there because they have been patient and they haven't left the company after few months as any individual with a sound financial background and ambition would do, provided that you haven't got caught in the hamster wheel.
Trainings and meeting are useless and take place just because the corporation says so.
1to1 meetings are a waste of time and are usually scheduled for the rush hours.

    Advice to Management

    nothing. really.

    Pros

    Low qualifications for hire

    Easy interview process

    Cons

    Tedious work
Experience is very dependent on the type of manager you have.
    Low salary

    Advice to Management

Act more as a mentor and benchmark to follow than a manager
Have the same treatment to all levels of employees
