Pros

Opportunity for growth Commitment to work life balance

Cons

Not the bank it used to be that cared about the employees and if you excelled you were rewarded. Too much outsourcing has gone on and valuable people were lost through no fault of their own

    Pros

....trying to think. No one really bothers me because everyone keeps to themselves and are socially awkward.

    Cons

First off, the starting salaries are ridiculously low. I almost thought they were joking when they told me. Secondly, the managers are all people who have literally worked here for so long they are miserable...but the fact that they stayed for so long is the reason they are promoted to management. There is no formal training, you're just expected to pick up this mindless work.

    Advice to Management

    A positive attitude would help.
