Cons

Not the bank it used to be that cared about the employees and if you excelled you were rewarded. Too much outsourcing has gone on and valuable people were lost through no fault of their own

    Ok salary, great accounting team, very knowdgabale managers

    Very repetitive job, salary is not too good as competetors

    Pros

    Benefits and support for flexible-work arrangements
    Affinity networks
    Wide breadth of financial services functions - can learn a lot within the company
    Expansion of mentoring programs ~ good but better for entry level

    Cons

    Talent acquisition process is slow and is non-responsive
    Not paid market equivalent salary
    Lack of growth / career roadmap beyond entry level associate
    Political environment ~ can be cut-throat in some divisions more so than anywhere else I've worked at
