Located in a quiet neighborhood; Commuting is easier if you live nearby; Work/life balance is great

No growth opportunities;Hard to move within the company unless you want to relocate to Boston.

    They give you a ton of responsibility up front, thus opportunity to learn.

    Cons

    Remember that part about responsibility? Well, they don't pay you a ton.
