Cons

Some people will not enjoy how corporate things are. It can be hard to stand out with over 20,000 people working there.

Advice to Senior Management

Greater emphasis on rewarding hard work. Encourage critical thinking more. More work/life balance. Variety of work is not great. A lot rides on who your manager is and how dedicated they are.
