Pros

None currently, at least in IT division or what's left of it.

Cons

Outsourcing everything, no sense of structure and direction, people treated as bodies and get assigned to roles that they have zero competency in. Outsourcing isn't working out as well as it was sold and presents more issues than it claimed to solve.

Advice to Management

Take people specialties and competencies in consideration before assigning them to fill available roles.

    Pros

It's a good place to get your foot in the door and build your resume.

    Cons

Very high turnover. Long hours and unhealthy work-life balance. Every employee is disposable and can easily be replaced. Promotions are not based on hard work but who you are friends with. Sorry, but I'm not willing to kiss up to upper management to get a raise/promotion - my hard work and skills should be the determinant.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to your employees and make sure they feel appreciated and are happy. Do some team building exercises.

    Pros

If you are in the right team, you feel welcome by the team members. Everyone work as a team together.

    Cons

Low pay compare to other companies. The benefit is average, and you feel insecure working in this company since they layoff people all the time. Hard to get promotion and raise.

    Advice to Management

In order for people to work hard, the company needs to pay the employees for what they deserve.
