Low Risk = Low Reward

Junior Analyst (Former Employee) Boston, MA

ProsInvolved management, great feedback, and a good team atmosphere. The "flex" program is used quite often, allowing employees to work from home once a week, or adjust work hours.

ConsPay tends to be less glamorous than typical "banking" salaries. The term "Vice President" is thrown around very loosely.
