Former Intern - Junior Analyst in Boston, MA

I worked at State Street as an intern (less than a year)

Pros

Involved management, great feedback, and a good team atmosphere. The "flex" program is used quite often, allowing employees to work from home once a week, or adjust work hours.

Cons

Pay tends to be less glamorous than typical "banking" salaries. The term "Vice President" is thrown around very loosely.
