Cons

Salary is low compared to other companies.
Need to have better tuition reimbursements. Currently it's 5,000 max for a yr and you have to remain working there another year in order to get it.

Advice to Senior Management

Need to give employees better incentives so they'll work harder especially since the raises were cut this year. Also need to better recognize those who have done a good job.
