good start if you're new to the industry

if you're in the wrong group some of the work is mindless
there is poor communication within the department between custody and accounting

Advice to Senior Management

Freezing salaries and promotions for a year may have been necessary for the time being but I would expect a rush of people leaving if it continues much longer
