They do have a lot of training classes to enroll in for free.

Cons

The hours can be long, just depends on the group or client you are with.
Pay is pretty average or even below average, at 32k starting.
Bonuses are very limited.

Take more time in getting to know your employees. Some positive compliments would help to break up the day too.
