Great place to get experience in the financial services world.
Senior Management has a good grasp of the business plan.

Cons

Pay for junior/mid-level staff is lackluster. This is true of many financial institutions in the Boston area. A majority of their positions are in investment servicing, a pretty dry place.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to execute strategy. HR-wise, many people leave or look to leave because they can receive vastly better compensation by gonig outside the firm and may or may not return.
