Great benefits and good team work.

Cons

Managers don't challenge the employees. There are almost no growth opportunities.

Advice to Management

Invest more time and training on people that really want to learn and be developed.

    Pros

    Really flexible, cares about development if you take the initiative to train yourself, good work life balance and tries to be innovative

    Cons

    Compensation is really bad, they don't have a good policy but they try to make up for it in other places
