I have been working at State Street full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Interview process not hard. Can easily get into to get financial service experience. 35-45 hr work week a norm.

    Cons

Every position and promotion you are under paid. Salary is definitely not competitive for the industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize talent, and make steps to keep them in the company. One of the highest turnover rates in the industry.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
