I worked at State Street full-time (More than a year)

Pros

It's a good way to start your career after college.

Cons

A lot of routinely work. Everybody drag themselves to work. Very depressing.

Advice to Management

Try to bring in your team together. Try to get to know your employees a little bit better. At the end of the day we are all people and we all crave a human connection.

    Work From Home Opportunities, Sacramento Office is in the DT Hub; lots of restaurants around

    Cons

    Low Staff Morale; No company reimbursement for Parking. Monthly Parking is $165. Breaks are a rarity.

    Advice to Management

    Boost Staff Morale; increase Base Salary to remain competitive and retain extraordinary employees

    If you are a good worker you will go far if your department has room for advancement. People who show effort will be rewarded in bonuses.

    Cons

    The salary should be increased. The pay is under industry average and some departments have little or no room for advancement.

    Take a stronger approach to advancing qualified employees.
