some people are able to work from home a few days a week

long hours, low pay, only get promoted if you threaten to leave the job, no work/life balance. No socializing at work because people are too busy working crazy hours. Bad IT systems causing several hour delays on a regular basis. Management has said they are working to improve the systems for two years now but every month its the same thing. Staying up until midnight just because they can't invest money in proper servers and software.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

quality of work suffers if you are understaffed, there are only so many hours in the day. Employee morale is at a low point, everyone is looking to jump ship and go somewhere else. Full time job does not mean th employee is on call for 24 hours a day.
