Pros

Good place to start. Decent benefits.

Cons

Company is stagnant, not a lot of room to grow. Positions are specialized which hurts your ability to be a well rounded employee.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too much vacation time given in lieu of raises and bonuses. There should be a more pro-active approach to employee career development.
