    Pros

The overall quality and intelligence of the employees is very high. Ability to establish flex (work at home) hours is beneficial.

    Cons

Last few years there have been no bonuses and very little merit increases. Morale has been impacted with labor reductions each of the past 3 - 4 years.

    Advice to Management

Believe senior management needs to hear feedback and take action from rank and file employees on ineffective supervisors.

    Pros

Benefits are good. They have spend so much on office, you might like the cubes, TVs. I love my friend/coworkes.

    Cons

If you how to please everyone.. best company to work for. Doesn't matter how much you know or how much you are capable of doing..the important part is how many people you know.

    Advice to Management

Do not promote anybody. If you are promoting because you are kool with that person, make sure to teach them how to manage first. And most important how to keep their employee morale high and learn how to talk with your team. Worst mangement group for fund accouting. Mangement sucks, work sucks, pay sucks.
