I have been working at State Street

    Pros

starting salary not too bad for Sacramento.
    very diverse group of people

    Cons

However, management sucks and in some groups you are micromanaged. HR sucks - do not anything if you have problems. Horrible bonuses and pay raises.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on the positive in your fund accountants. Treat them with respect and continue to help them with learning so they can move to the next level.
