Strong company that rewards its top performers - Tons of OT is expected

Senior Associate (Current Employee)
Sacramento, CA

ProsGreat starter job that does reward top performers (contrary to a lot of the other posts). Big name company that looks great on your resume. Will gain lots of industry knowledge.

Cons90% percent of the promotions go to the top 10% of the employees. If you can't handle working long hours, dont work here. I typically average 53-60 hours a week, and have been ever since working at a staff level.

Advice to Senior ManagementRevamp performance reward program to help motivate the remaining 90% of the employees. Pay OT to all levels below VP.
