I have been working at State Street Syntel full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Wide exposure to Capital market! (depends on the process you are in). Well that's the only thing you can get from this company though :'(
Its the best place for freshers but I would not recommend them to stay there for more than a year :D

    Cons

There is a huge list but I would highlight the chartbusters.
    1. Salary :'( YUCK!
    2. Food :'( YUCK YUCK!
    3. GROWTH :'( YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK!!!
    4. Work Environment: Not at all professional!

You won't find good people to work and grow with!

STRANGE HR POLOCY: Well, the company gives deferred bonus in two installments but if you resign after you recieve any of the intsalments....they are gonna GET IT DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FINAL SETTLEMENT! :/
