Good benefit plan

ConsPay is not competitive, resources are not sufficient, training is non-existent

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Personnel Are Viewed As Liabilities - Not Assets

    Pros: Some positions pay a livable wage - - most do… Cons: No promotional system. Favored few get pay raises while higher quality staff are discouraged to excel. Training only provided if federal government pays for it. Academic studies and… Advice to Senior Management: View and reward personnel as assets.
