I have been working at State of Colorado full-time

    Pros

Work independently with minimal supervision. Supervisors trust you to perform your job and follow your performance without looking over your shoulder all the time. As an employee here I feel empowered to do my job.

    Cons

The lack of telecommuting to work especially since everything is in place for workers to be able to. The usual politics of a work place.
