helping others
decreasing the spread of disease
working with different organizations
good holidays and vacation time
better than average benefits

Cons

poor pay
no way increase to pay without applying for an open position because of constant budget cuts
poor leadership in some regions

Advice to ManagementAdvice

do not rehire leadership that has already failed in another area - it's just not a smart practice

    Bad Management and hriing of incompetent managers with little or technical background. Litlle chance for advancement

    30% under payed compared to private industry heavy workload

    less chiefs and more Indians or higher pay outside of Austin locations
