good retirement and health benifits

Cons

Full of mediocre middle management and abusive supervisors. Salaries are overinflated for managers and directors, the little people are paid peanuts. Negative reinforcement is the management style, ignorance of complaints and inflexible and rigorous are the rules and policies.

Trying treating people like human beings. Realize that your need to take care of the engine's components in order for it to functions at its' best

    Opportunity to use latest and greatest technology IF you can get it approved
    Progressive management in most positions.
    Fun, healthy environment
    A lot of opportunity for advancement and career enhancement
    Flexible work schedules
    Decent compensation and benefits

    Cons

    Some bureaucracy and slow implementation
    Not at the high end of compensation.
    Commute times are relatively high for the type of position and compensation.
