    Pros

Flexible Hours. Multiple challenging tasks. Time to learn new technologies. No pressure environment.

    Cons

Incompetency is accepted and even promoted. Innovation is not rewarded by recognition or advancement. New programmers hired in at higher wages than existing employees.

    Advice to Management

Reward high achievers, It is hard when they have to show folks who make more than they do how to do their job. Make evaluations stand for something and let staff evaluate their supervisors.

    Pros

    good retirement and health benifits
