Pros

Paid vacation, benefits, management works with school schedule, great job for student, union job, very organized work environment.

Cons

Must be willing to work closing shifts, weekends and holidays. Coworkers are too negative (you must think positive). In honesty hard workers don't get the better shifts.

Advice to Senior Management

Please give the hard workers better and earlier shifts (especially on weekends). AND GET THE LAZY PEOPLE IN TROUBLE.
