    Pros

The 3 Principals of of the Phoenix office truly care about the employees

    Cons

The holidays - only 8 given & while the office is closed the day after Thanksgiving, you MUST take a PTO day. If the office is closed, they should give you that day as a holiday

    Pros

The executive team truly cares about their employees. There is a definite family-oriented feel to the company, and the office is a cheerful place to work. All of the consultants are at the top of their game from a technical standpoint, so it's a learning and collaborative environment. Excellent attempts at employee retention. Salaries are definitely higher than the state average for IT consulting work.

    Cons

When an organizational decision is made, the owners are sometimes slow to convey the message to the entire company. The benefits package could be better (though the owners do try to compensate for this by personally contributing $100 per pay to each employee's HSA to defray the cost of deductible).

    Advice to Management

Better communication to your employees. More aggressive decisions and changes when something is not working.
