    Pros

The guests are great because they are generally long-term.

    Cons

The managers in Novi were horrible. Our "front desk manager" was a joke.

    Advice to Management

I think they already have been replaced...

  2. Good atmosphere at front desk, but be aware of some higher management mood!

    Pros

Operations Manager and front desk colleagues are great and unless the team has changed since the beginning of this year, they are still amazing. The view from the reception and the décor of the hotel are great too.
You can easily have a weekend free and there is generally a flexibility if you need to be somewhere else within your 2 days off per week. The pay is reasonably good for the hours and shifts you are asked to work.

    Cons

Unfortunately there is a lot of blaming in this place and often as first point of contact for the guests you come across difficult situations which you cannot always resolve. If there is a big issue coming out you will always be the first person blamed and stressed for it as higher management is not likely to take its own responsibilities sometimes.
Will get a promotion just if higher management likes you regardless your abilities.

    Advice to Management

Leave your problems at home and be professional.
